TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Straw yellow with green tints.
  • Nose: Aromatic notes of citrus and tropical fruits with a mineral touch.
  • Mouth: dry and perfectly balanced acidity with saline touch on the palate.

APPELLATION: Umbria.VINEYARD: Novità.GRAPES: Pinot Grigio.

AGEING: This wine is allowed to stand for 2 months on its lees.PREPARATION: The grapes are macerated Pinot type cold temperature before passing through a pressing process, then the wort is carried stainless steel tanks, where it is fermented at low temperatures with the use of natural yeast. The wine is allowed to rest on its lees for 2 months in the fermentation tank. Finally, it stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Perharps the most characteristic grape variety of Zakynthos is treated with special interest in a wine with elegant aromas of fresh fruit, well-structured mouthfeel, mild acidity and a delicious spicy and fruity finish at the same time.
