VINEYARD: Vineyards located at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level, trellises with vines planted in irrigated. Infertile soils limetona here means that the roots of the vines must grow deep into the earth in search of minerals and nutrients. This root depth helps ensure healthy, ripe and tasty grapes from vineyards over 20 years old.
PREPARATION: grapes crushed and de-stemmed before pressing. Fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15 °C for 15-16 days.
