Castaño 2018 (Garnacha and Monastrell)
- View: Bright red color with purple reflections.
- Nose: expressive aromas of ripe fruit, wild berries, spices, toasted and spicy tones.

VINEYARD: Bodegas Castaño.
AGEING: Between 4 and 6 months in barrels of concrete.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, and then are destemmed to cold temperatures. maceration of the grapes with their skins and soft pressing is done. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperatures for a period of 20 days.
PAIRING: Red meats, snacks, game meat, cream of mushroom pasta with tomato sauce, aged cheeses.
