Elaboration of Natureo 2018
Natureo 2018 (Muscat of Alexandria and Moscatel de Málaga)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Pale yellow, is transparent, clear and clean. Beautiful green edges.
- Nose: They appear fresh, simple notes, reminiscent of ripe green apple, peach and sweet aromas like lemon acids.
- Mouth: It's really refreshing, final medium.
APPELLATION: O.D. Penedès.
VINEYARD: Torres.
GRAPES: Muscat of Alexandria.
AGEING: Young white wine.
PREPARATION: It is a varietal wine made solely with Moscatel of Alexandria. Vintage is manual and when the grapes arrive at the factory again are handpicked for the best. After obtaining the juice is put to ferment for two weeks.
PAIRING: Raw seafood, rice, grilled fish, ceviche, seafood dishes.
