You will like to know that…
Only here will you learn the real secret of Mateus Rosé! It lies in the winemaking care dedicated to its production: This wine obtains its distinctive pink colour while maintaining a soft and fruity style, by avoiding prolonged contact between the grape juice and its skin.
The bottle was designed in 1942, in the middle of the Second World War, taking inspiration from the shape of the water bottle used by soldiers. On the label, on the other hand, is the image of the palace of Mateus located in Vila Real, the work of the Italian architect Niccoló Nasoni.
The fresh and slightly spicy taste makes Mateus Rosé The Original an ideal wine to accompany the good moments of life. Curious are the two successful combinations with Italian and Asian cuisine.
