TASTING NOTES:

- Nose: The bouquet offers a pleasant nose with aromas of gooseberry, melon, sweet almonds, peppers and vanilla.
- Mouth: The palate is fruity, rich, lively and juicy with an obvious taste of spices and a fairly long finish.

VINEYARD: Temps Anciens.
GRAPES: Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
AGEING: The wine is aged in steel tanks and large wooden barrels.
PREPARATION: The wine undergoes a maceration for 3 hours. Then it is performed gentle pressing and subsequent cold fermentation.
