Cata de Blancos
- View: Bach Chardonnay is straw yellow with greenish hues. Raimat Clamor White is bright yellow with greenish hues. Bach Moscato Frizzante is pale yellow with greenish hues and light needle. Ederra Verdejo is pale yellow with greenish hues.
- Nose: Bach Chardonnay varietal aroma with notes of ripe fruit and banana, peach and pineapple and citrus notes of lemon. Raimat Clamor White scented citrus, stone fruit and hints of mango and grapefruit. Moscato Frizzante Bach is floral and citrus, with notes of rose, orange blossom, lime and bergamot. Ederra Verdejo varietal aroma of fennel and mint, citrus and tropical background.
- Mouth: Bach Chardonnay is fresh with fruity and citrus notes, with long lingering finish. Raimat Clamor Blanco is balanced with notes of citrus and nectarine, with persistent and intense finish with tropical notes. Moscato Frizzante Bach is fresh, intense and creamy with floral background. Ederra Verdejo is fresh, pleasant and expressive.

This Cata de Blancos, designed by Codorniu Group is a collection containing four bottles of selected white wines: Bach Chardonnay 2018 Raimat Clamor White 2017, Bach Frizzante 2017 Ederra Verdejo 2018, each 75 cl.GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay Chardonnay Bach. Chardonnay, Albariño and Sauvignon Blanc for Raimat Clamor Blanco. 100% Moscato Moscato Frizzante Bach. 90% and 10% Verdejo Viura for Ederra Verdejo.
PREPARATION: grapes for each of the wines are harvested and then carefully selected, destemmed and gently pressed. Bach Chardonnay continues its fermentation at 18 °C and then maintained its lees and subjected to clarification, stabilization, filtered and bottled. Raimat Cry White passes through cold exchanger 10 and until clarification and subsequently performing fermentation at 16 °C for 2 or 3 weeks, racking and bottling. Bach Moscato Frizzante continues alcoholic fermentation at 16 °C for 10 days, and then is clarified, stabilized and filtered before bottling. Ederra Verdejo continues with special maceration of 4 hours, is fermented at 14-16 °C and kept on its lees.
PAIRING: Bach Chardonnay with fish, seafood, paellas, spicy foods, vegetarian food, stuffed pasta and warm salads. Raimat Clamor White with white meats like chicken, fish, rice, salads and pastas. Bach Moscato Frizzante seafood, fried fish, sushi, rice and lids. Ederra Verdejo with seafood, rice, carpaccio and spicy dishes.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C Bach Chardonnay from. Raimat Clamor Blanco between 8-10 °C. Moscato Frizzante Bach between 4-6 °C. Ederra Verdejo between 8 and 10 °C.
