TASTING NOTES:

  • Color: burnished bronze.
  • Aroma: much spicy rye, aromatic, cinnamon rolls to the oven, cramelo to the oven, mint and orange peel.
  • Taste: DePan and butter pudding, rye bread, creamy oak well-rounded, spicy and aromatic caramel oak. Final pepper, spice, menthol rye, rich in butter and soft oak.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: Made from 100% rye, initially matured in Canada before being aged more on graja Whistle Pig Farm in Vermont in the United States.
