Whisky Captain Burn

This whiskey Imperial in 1997 stands out for its creaminess and typicality. A balanced malt refreshing. The elegance of Speyside. The nose reveals hints of ripe fruit and flowers, behind a thin veil of smoke. On the palate, a nice mix of green apple, very fine wood and discreet slowly evolving into the ripe fruit and some malty sweetness. The finish is long and fruity with slight hints of hazelnut. A whiskey of exceptional smoothness.
