PRODUCTION DETAILS: This Scotch whiskey is made malteando one cereal and then distilling classic copper stills. This exquisite classic Scotch whiskey should preferably be eaten alone or with ice to enjoy its aromas and flavors.
The Macallan emerged in 1824 when Alexander Reid, a local farmer, got one of the first licenses to distill whiskey and leased 8 acres (just over 3 has) from the Earl of Seafield in order to establish the The Macallan Distillery.More about the Producer
