TASTING NOTES The Chita :
- Color: Bright gold
- Flavor: Crème brûlée, cardamom, acacia honey, blossoming rose
- Taste: Mild and smooth, hint of mint, deep honey. Clean and clear, spiced oak with subtle bittersweet notes
PRODUCTION DETAILS: To imbue greater complexity and depth of flavour, Shinji Fukuyo chose to age Chita grain whisky in wine and Spanish Oak casks, in addition to American White Oak.
Suntory is a Japanese brewery and distillery. Founded in 1899 Suntory started as a shop selling imported wines. In 1924 Japan's first distillery -Destilería Yamazaki- starts producing malt whiskey. Five years later, first sold in Japan Suntory Whiskey whiskey Shirofuda (White Label) being the first Japanese whiskey domestic production.
