The Proper No. Twelve is an Irish whisky that has quickly made a name on the international market. Its creator is the famous mixed martial arts superstar, Conor McGregor, who decided to pursue a career in the spirits industry with a whisky that takes us back to its origins. McGregor, grew up in the Crumlin area, in the 12th district of the Irish city of Dublin.
To create the final recipe, the famous wrestler and his team of collaborators created almost 100 different blends to obtain the perfect one, capable of winning over even the youngest generation, the Millennials, with its notes of vanilla, honey and toasted wood.

TASTING NOTES:
- Colour: Intense gold.
- Nose: Floral and fruity bouquet, with sweet almond and green apple sauce.
- Mouth: Soft with sweet notes of vanilla and honey and spicy notes of gingerbread; strong and long finish, with touches of toasted wood and honey.
PRODUCER: Twelve Irish Whiskey
COUNTRY: Ireland
PRODUCTION: The barley is soaked for germination, left to air dry and then ground; the natural fermentation process produces a wash with an alcohol volume of 8%; triple distillation in copper stills.
AGING: The coopers select by hand the best bourbon barrels, where the whisky develops over the years flavours of vanilla, honey and toasted wood.
