Der Maker's Mark Kentucky Bourbon ist handgemacht. Für die Herstellung wird nicht wie üblich Roggen, sondern roter Winterweizen verwendet. In der ältesten noch betriebenen Bourbon-Destillerie der Welt, wird er produziert. Während der Reifung werden die Fässer fast täglich von Hand bewegt und verlagert. Die Flaschenetiketten werden auch per Hand gedruckt und gestanzt und jede Flasche wird einzeln in das Maker's Mark Wachs eingetaucht.

Il Maker's Mark Kentucky Bourbon è fatto a mano. La segale non viene utilizzata per la produzione come al solito, ma grano rosso invernale. Viene prodotto nella più antica distilleria Bourbon ancora in funzione del mondo. Durante la maturazione, le botti vengono spostate e trasferite quasi quotidianamente a mano. Anche le etichette delle bottiglie vengono stampate e forate a mano e ogni bottiglia viene immersa singolarmente nella cera Maker's Mark.
