PREPARATION: Lot No. 40 Canadian Rye Whiskey is an extremely rare dry whiskey, developed in North America. It consists exclusively of rye grown and distilled by society Hiram Walker & Sons locally. Lot No. 40 Canadian rye whiskey through a complex manufacturing process. In fact, it distilled once a column still copper and a second time in a copper pot still. Eventually it matured into the new American white oak and aged between 7 and 8 years. Choosing a single use of rye is a tribute to the early pioneers who use this precious cereal. Stronger and more widespread than barley and corn, resist biting winds and frigid Canadian winters. Centeno with less starch than barley or wheat, grows more intense flavors.
