PRODUCTION DETAILS: A unique collaboration between two icons of making whiskey, Bourbon Legent is creating legends Fred Noe whiskey and Shinji Fukuyo. Finished in a combination of wine barrels and sherry, Legent is made from a historical recipe Fred Noe family and aged for at least four years in the virgin white oak barrels. Three different types of casks are used to mature bourbon Legent and each imparts its own unique features to the liquor. The American oak barrels virgin provide hints of caramel, vanilla and spicy oak, while sherry casks provide layers of raisins, baking spices and nuts rich, and the barrels of red wine create nuances fresh and fruity, and slight acidity.
The reason Jim Beam® Bourbon is the world’s #1 Kentucky bourbon is because we’ve been at it for over 200 years. Seven generations of Beams have kept our secret bourbon-making process alive, while battling the wilds of Kentucky, the Great Depression, two wars, and a pesky little thing called Prohibition. Now you can see our 200 year legacy come to life, and sample our Kentucky bourbon, at the new American Stillhouse right here in Clermont, KY.More about the Producer
