PRODUCER: Ian Macleod.
PRODUCTION DETAILS: Isle of Skye is a whiskey produced in Ian Macleod, named after the head of the MacLeod clan. The idea was to create a mix based on the recipe of his family of the nineteenth century, including a high proportion of malts of Speyside island with an average of 12 years or more. Once whiskeys are blended, age oak together to meet, which is an unusual step, since most of the blended whiskey mixture passes directly from the bottle.
