The Hibiki range of whiskies was first released in 1989 in celebration of the 90th anniversary of the founding of Suntory. Hibiki 21 is a blend of malt and grain whiskies, each of which is a minimum of 21 years of age. There are no adjectives that can describe this whisky that its full collection of awards cannot express. It is simply, perfect. Its beautiful bottle is the perfect recipient for such an elusive spirit. With 24 sides in homage to the 24 seasons in the traditional Japanese year and its stylish label, there is nothing that this whisky did not do right.
The House of Suntory started out in 1899 as a producer of Japanese spirits. In 1923, the world of whisky was set to change forever when the first Japanese whisky was crafted by Suntory. Now one of the largest distiller beverage manufacturers in the world, Suntory just keeps improving.

- Flavour: This japonese whisky offers sweet aromas of caramalised nuts, some lemon acidity, blackcurrants and pears with vanilla, dark toffee and rich sherry spice.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: It is a combination of malt whiskeys and grain carefully selected and aged for 21 years. This whisky is a blend composed of the best single malts from Yamazaki and Hakushu aged in different types of casks

Suntory is a Japanese brewery and distillery. Founded in 1899 Suntory started as a shop selling imported wines. In 1924 Japan's first distillery -Destilería Yamazaki- starts producing malt whiskey. Five years later, first sold in Japan Suntory Whiskey whiskey Shirofuda (White Label) being the first Japanese whiskey domestic production.
