Glenfiddich 12 years old is one of the most appreciated single malt whiskies around the world, thanks to its complex, elegant and balanced taste. This whisky is the smallest of the brand's other references, such as Glenfiddich 15 and 18 years old or the exclusive Glenfiddich 21 and 30 years old. The bottle of Glenfiddich 12 years is characterized by its aesthetics, like the whisky itself, and green color.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: Crafted from the same pure spring water that has been the source of this distillery since 1887, this single malt maintains the excellence and purity that have been a presentation card for this house for more than 130 years. Glenfiddich 12 Year old is matured with extreme care and a unique process in American oak and European oak sherry casks for a minimum of 12 years before being properly blended into an exquisite expression. The marrying process takes nine months, and is performed in oak tuns specially designed to procure the maximum degree of flavour and at the same time the mellow and smooth character that has been the essence of premium quality of this liquor since the beginning of this distillery. A true example of what Speyside has to offer.
Set in the heart of the Highlands, Glenfiddich (meaning ‘Valley of the Deer' in Gaelic) is a place of breathtaking beauty. The vibrant colours of an artist's palate fill the surrounding hills and forests, while haunting castle ruins and a bubbling natural spring add to the romance.More about the Winery
