In addition to whiskies, it produces gin, poitin, and vodka, and continues to expand. From cultivation to harvest; from floor malting its barley to mash and fermentation; from distilling to maturation; from hand-bottling to labelling, every step in crafting its fine modern products is carried out with care by local people at its farm distillery on the Ards Peninsula.
COUNTRY: United Kingdom.
PRODUCTION DETAILS: This blend of malt and grain whiskeys was the brainchild of County Down man Shane Braniff, who launched it in 2005, and relaunched it when he became Managing Director at Echlinville Distillery. Triple-distilled and trickle-distilled using state-of-the-art equipment using ingredients taken from a unique topography with rich soil, salty sea air, and a temperate climate, Feckin Irish Whiskey is feckin great for sippin and mixin.
