TASTING NOTES:
- Colour: Dimple Golden Selection has a mid-amber, honey colour with reddish hues.
- Aroma: Nice bouquet full of toffee and spicy notes, with an undertone of citrus.
- Taste: Strong at first sip, quickly mellowing down to a warm sensation on the palate. Hints of sweet caramel and smoky oak. The finish is short and hot, with a taste of burnt sweetness and oak.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: With a long history that dates back to 1824 when their first distilled whisky was produced, the Haig distillery has always maintained a high standard for their liqueurs. Dimple Golden Selection was named after the unusual shape of the bottle, and is fabricated as a blend of single malts and grain whiskies, including whiskies from Glenkinchie and Linkwood. Once the spirit is artfully blended, it is stored in old bourbon oak casks for at least 15 years. The final result is a truly superb spirit, strong yet sophisticated, a real companion to a real gentleman. Try it as a sipping drink, with a couple of ice cubes in a really nice tumbler glass, and along with one of your favourite cigars. This is the spirit of the Mad Men in a bottle.
