TASTING NOTES:
- Color: Shown in glass of a light amber, gold medium.
- Aroma: Nose aroma of vanilla ice cream luxury, stewed fruit, cedar and caramel with plum, overripe banana, maple syrup and grilled sweet corn.
- Taste: The palate is creamy, balanced and smooth, with hints of sweet vanilla perceived on the nose, mixed with hints of oak. persistent and long finish.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: It is elaborated from the mixture of 50 Canadian whiskeys using a mixture of grains of rye, barley and maize, of which about 80% of Manitoba come from and surrounding provinces. For processing water is obtained from Lake Winnipeg, which is naturally filtered and distillation columns is carried out the production of its whiskeys to the mixture, which are aged in oak barrels carbonized to desired ripening.
