PRODUCTION DETAILS: From the Lowlands of Scotland comes this beautiful single malt whisky, carefully distilled three times and aged in three different types of casks in a unique manufacturing process. The initial maturation is conducted in bourbon casks, and then Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks are used in that order to complete the process. No ageing statement is declared for this whisky. However, the complex maturation provides this spirit with multiple and deep layers of aromas and flavours, imprinting a unique signature of quality to the brand. It is precisely this intricate ageing process that gives rise to the name of Auchentoshan Three Wood. The intrinsic complexity and the fruity flavours that explode on the palate make this an ideal spirit for a sip, served chilled or poured over ice and in the company of a perfectly good cigar.
