TASTING NOTES:
- Color: In bottle shown amber bright and attractive. Gleams deeper remind oak.
- Aroma: Provides golden syrup and blackstrap molasses. Some cocoa, spices. Bourbon smoke, char, vanilla.
- Taste: Chocolate black, burnt sugar. Tiramisu. Creamy. Final crème brûlée and custards, some cocoa and coffee, a touch of tar.
PRODUCER: Angostura.
COUNTRY: Trinidad.
PRODUCTION DETAILS: This rum is aged for a minimum of seven years in barrels of bourbon 'once used' until it can bottle and enjoy the maximum. This rum is packed with delicious flavors including maple, chocolate, honey and caramel, and has a rich full-bodied flavor that is reduced until the end classic rum. The hotel serves only as a rum or ice, and can also mix a stunning contemporary version of Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
