You will like to know that…
The story of Baileys begins in Dublin in 1974, when David Dand and a team of specialists had the idea of putting together two of the things most loved by the Irish: whisky and milk cream. It was not easy to find a definitive recipe, not least because the cream and whiskey continued to separate in the bottle. After years of trials, inspired by the ice cream production process, Dand and his team finally managed to emulsify the elements well and create one of the most beloved liqueurs in the world.
