TASTING NOTES:
- View: Acacia Tree Chenin Blanc has a clear green golden colour.
- Nose: Fruity scents greet the nose, with pear drops, pineapple, and apple, and the slightest hint of citrus.
- Mouth: Dry and sharp on the mouth, with the distinctive notes of pears, apples, and grapefruit. The finish is short, with a hint of oak in the aftertaste.

VINEYARD: Acacia Tree. Being one of the most iconic images in Africa, this sight gives name to this vineyard located in the Cape Wine lands in South Africa. This land is famous for the production of crispy white wines. In particular, the proliferation of the Chenin Blanc variety due to the favourable soil and climate conditions have put this region on the world wine map.
GRAPES: 100% Chenin Blanc.
PREPARATION: The process of winemaking for this particular variety follows a fairly traditional path. The grapes are harvested and selected, and then fermentation at a controlled temperature takes place. The main objective of this vineyard is the production of crisp and clean wines, and Acacia Tree Chenin Blanc is not the exception. This is a fine exponent of the Chenin Blanc variety of South Africa.
PAIRING: This white goes perfectly with cheddar and gruyere cheeses.
