Charles Rolls from Plymouth Gin and Tim Warrillow from the luxury food sector joined forces in a mission of creating a high-quality tonic water with natural ingredients. Tim says: "If 3/4 of your Gin & Tonic is the tonic, make sure you use the best!" It took the power duo 15 months of research, travellings and tastings to develop their exquisit recipe and enter the market with Fever Tree. The brand, Fever Tree, is named after the colloquial name for the cinchona tree, which contains quinine, a key ingredient for tonic.
