Libalis 2017 (Macabeu, Malvasía and Moscatell)
TASTING NOTES OF Libalis 2017:
- View: attractive pale yellow, very clean and satiny, sexy and shiny.
- Nose: tropical fruit discretion, subtle aromas of fennel and jasmine.
- Mouth: Very silky flavors of white fruits and fresh grapes.
APPELLATION: Sadacia Valleys.
GRAPES: Moscatel de Grano Menudo, Viura and Malvasia.
PREPARATION: organic farming. particular cold maceration for 6 hours, fermentation at 16 °C in stainless steel and batonage lees for 2 months.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%
