The Winery

The grapes used to make Maetierra´s wines are grown in Finca Maetierra, which is located in Calahorra, a municipality that grows 150 hectares of different varieties. Maetierra has opted for modern plantations in a trellis formation, which are harvested mechanically at night when the temperature is the lowest, as the grapes are picked in the last weeks of August.

We tested it in a dinner Party.
I don't know if there are problems with the 2007 vintage, but I thought the colour was a straw-yellow. Clear memories of white flowers. It tasted ok .
The Libalis was a great choice for the desserts.
