Quibia 2017 (Callet and Prensal Blanc)
TASTING NOTES OF Quibia 2017:
- View: lemony yellow, some reflection straw, clean and bright.
- Nose: frank, medium intensity aromas of white fruit, fresh, herbaceous plant on a subtle background, citric.
- Mouth: Fresh attack, light and fruity mouth, some creaminess, slightly apricot, with some creaminess.
APPELLATION: VT Mallorca.
GRAPES: Pensal White and Callet.
AGEING: 4 months on its lees in cement tanks.
PAIRING: fish, crustaceans and molluscs (baked, grilled or steamed), clams, lobster stew menorquina.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%
