TASTING NOTES OF Ànima Negra Àn 2 Magnum 2016:
- View: dark red icing middle layer but without great concentration, very clean and bright.
- Nose: aromas of fresh ripe fruit (cherries, strawberries, some cherries in liqueur even though subtly), sweet notes, sweet strawberry, balsamic notes and a mineral background of dry stones, very fresh, soft scent of smoky notes and lactic notes.
- Mouth: mild bitterness, intense, balanced and easy to drink; generous, medium bodied, with an earthy background and notes of pepper, with good acidity, tasty and refreshing feeling. Surround and elegant.

APPELLATION: Mallorca.

GRAPES: Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Fogoneu.

TASTING NOTES:
- View: Ànima Negra ÀN/2 Magnum 2012 but has a dark red icing middle layer without great concentration, very clean and bright.
- Nose: a wide range of aromas, it is very open and accessible, without excesses: aromas of fresh ripe fruit (cherries, strawberries, some cherries in liqueur even though subtly), sweet notes, fresh strawberries, balsamic and mineral background of dry stones. It is very cool, definitely a Mediterranean wine wrapped by a soft scent of smoky and lactic notes. A wine of remarkable complexity.
- Mouth: The palate, nose perceived sweetness that contrasts with a smooth bitterness that makes the wine persists in memory. It's intense, balanced and easy to drink; generous, medium bodied, with an earthy background and a hint of pepper, along with its good acidity, offer a delicious and refreshing feeling.

Great with vegetables and grilled meat. We drank the whole bottle at a time with friends and a good conversation.
Red towards reddish brown. Aromas of coffee and wood. Good taste, light wine.
