Acrollam Blanc Organic Mesquida Mora 2018
TASTING NOTES:
- View: straw yellow.
- Nose: delicate aroma with notes of lemon, grapefruit and lime with tropical touches, white flower and a mineral note of Prensal Blanc.
- Mouth: is fresh and mineral with good acidity and a long lemony.
APPELLATION: Mallorca, Spain.
VINEYARD: Mesquida Mora.
GRAPES: (75%) Prensal, (25%) Giro.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand in vineyards, 25 to 35 years before soft pressing of the whole bunches. Varieties are separated and subjected to a cold soak prior to controlled fermentation. Once mixed, the wine spends a short time in its lees. The entire production process is carried out without using sulfur, adding only a small amount before bottling to ensure good preservation during transport.
WINE PAIRING: Combines well with fish dishes, pasta and creamy soft cheeses like manchego.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 ° C
