TASTING NOTES OF Habla de Ti 2016:

View: bright green, gold shades.
Nose: hints of asparagus, mango, tomato leaf and boxwood.
Mouth: fresh and very pleasant, long persistence of tropical fruits.

APPELLATION: VT Extremadura.

VINEYARD: Bodegas Habla - Bodegas y Viñedos de Trujillo

GRAPES: 100% Sauvignon blanc.

AGEING: 5 months in tank on its lees.

PREPARATION: fermentation for about 2 months in stainless steel tank. Fermentation temperature 9 to 10 °C.

WINE PAIRING: tapas, Mediterranean cuisine.

TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%

The colour of the Habla de Ti is inter yellow and transparent. Clear hints of jasmine.A white fairly astringent.
Good wine that fits well in Mediterranean seafood.
Great for romantic evenings.

Nice chat with friends.
Of a light yellow colour. Smells really good, like banana and lychees. It had a correct astringency.
Accompanied with a mushroom risotto.
