The project is a truly exceptional vineyards: 30 hectares. extremely old vineyard, between 100 and 200 years old. It is 100% Verdejo is pre-phylloxera because the soil is sandy and phylloxera could not go for it. For both rootstock (ungrafted). The clusters are very small with tiny berries and high quality.

Beber com uma mariscada. Foi dado numa degustação de branco.
O Ossian Verdejo Agricultura Ecologica tinha uma cor muito clara. Cheiro a citronela. Um sabor bastante leve.

Un buon vino per finire un pasto. Lo bevemmo tra amici.
Non so se l'annata era vecchia, perché era di colore giallo brillante. Note di agrumi: limone e pompelmo. Appena percettibile, ma l'ho trovato salato.

Ce Ossian Verdejo Agricultura Ecologica est bon avec de la viande. J'ai commandé ce Ossian Verdejo Agricultura Ecologica pour un événement avec des collègues.
Une couleur habituelle, un peu sombre. De légers arômes de pamplemousse, citron vert et citron. Un vin équilibré et facile à boire.
