TASTING NOTES Canopy Kaos 2010 :
- View: well covered, bright red, ripe cherry.
- Nose: Complex and elegant, an aromatic palette with primary aromas of fresh fruit, orange peel and herbs, accompanied by a well-toned graphite minerality, flavors of cocoa and toasted own memories of aging in French oak.
- Mouth: friendly, easy to drink but intense and balanced, with ripe, fine tannins and delicate fruitiness.
APPELLATION: Méntrida.
