TYPE OF WINE: RED WITH FOSTER
Intense cherry color, almost black, clean and powerful aroma of black fruit jam, wild fruits, roasted coffee, balsamic, anise and spicy on the palate is fleshy and tasty, with a pitch of fruity and pleasant mouth, quite concentration and long finish with hints of balsamic and spices.
MARRIAGE: Roasted lamb meat jelly (snouts, trotters), meat stews, roast chicken, roast beef, cheese short and medium healing.
Should absolutely be paired with fish.
Great for romantic evenings.
- View: dark red saturated.
- Nose: floral aromas, well assembled red fruits, hints of breeding, fresh notes of eucalyptus, roasted and caramel memories.
- Mouth: soft and gentle entrance, high aromatic power, great finesse, a slight touch of acidity, freshness. Good balance between alcohol, acidity and structure with very fine and soft tannins. Very persistent.

GRAPES: 70% Tempranillo, 17% Syrah, Cabernet sauvignon 13%.
AGEING: 12 months in barrels of French and American oak.
PREPARATION: fermentation conducted in small tanks of stainless steel, malolactic fermentation also in stainless steel.
PAIRING: grilled Iberian pork ribs with barbecue sauce.
