TASTING NOTES:

  • View: deep golden color with green highlights.
  • Nose: Intense aromas of citrus, white flowers, herbs and mineral tones.
  • Mouth: elegant body, light, creamy, fresh, soft, with flavors of citrus and final long fruits.

APPELLATION: Castilla.

VINEYARD: Finca Constancia.

GRAPES: Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc.

AGEING: 2 months stainless steel barrels.

PREPARATION: The grapes were harvested manually overnight. maceration is done in cold grapes, followed by gentle pressing thereof. The wort obtained was fermented in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperatures of 16 ° C. Produced wine was aged on its lees in stainless steel casks for a period of 2 months. Finally, the wine was bottled.

PAIRING: Appetizers, white meat, fish, seafood, white pasta, risotto, salads, creamy desserts and fruit.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 ° C
