Bodegues Macià Batle 1856 VI de la Terra Mallorca 2015 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Manto Negro and Merlot)
- View: intense cherry red intense, reflections brick color.
- Nose: complex notes of ripe red fruit, spicy aromas of cloves and pepper, balsamic, vanilla and warm and pleasant notes of toasted oak barrels.
- Mouth: powerful body, a balanced and harmonious interplay of fruit and woody notes, soft and well integrated tannins. long and lasting finish.
APPELLATION: Wine of the land of Mallorca.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Callet, Manto Black, Merlot, Syrah (Shiraz).
AGEING: aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Finally, bottled wine and rested for some time to round harmoniously.
PREPARATION: grapes harvested from vineyards around 25 years exclusively by hand. Grapes are squeezed and fermented at a controlled gently on a stainless steel tank temperature.
PAIRING: tasty dishes, tapas, spicy chorizo, red meat grilled or braised, and mature cheeses hunting.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15-18 °C
