Wyborowa is a 100% Polish vodka that is proud to come from the birthplace of vodka itself. This superb spirit is a direct result of Poland's 500 years of experience in making vodka. The name of the brand, Wyborowa (pronounced "vee-ba-rova"), means "exquisite" in English. That is nothing but the perfect adjective to describe this wonderful vodka.
The two-step process used to make this special vodka is interesting in itself. Pure rye from western Poland is harvested and processed by small distilleries on their own using natural Polish water. The raw spirit they create is then sent onward to Poznan to be distilled in continuous column stills until ready to be bottled. Since the recipe calls for nothing but water and rye, everything must be done with great care to achieve the perfect final product.
First released in 1927, Wyborowa, known as Wybo for short, quickly became popular all over the world. Versatile and smooth, this vodka is great on its own as well as in mixed drinks. The sheer quality of this vodka ensures that it will do great in any drink it is mixed into. The product of ancient know-how and modern enthusiasm, Wyborowa is one vodka that deserves a place behind every bar

The name of this Vodka brand comes from the translation of the name. It means choice or selection in Polish. Which means, buying one is making a great-choice.
PRODUCTION DETAILS: It is produced from 100% rye grain, through a double-step distillation process. First the rye is grounded, cooked and treated with enzymes. The next step is the fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which creates an alcoholic mash of between 7% and 11% ABV. The mashed rye is than distilled once to produce the "raw spirit". The usage of three columns of a continuous still ensures removal of impurities. Before bottling, this vodka is diluted using demineralized water, down to 40% ABV. After that, the spirit is passed through a natural cellulose and mesh filter to exclude unwanted particles.
