When looking for a coconut-flavoured spirit to add to your next drink, look no further than Cîroc Coconut. While it may seem like most coconut spirits on the market use a rum base, Cîroc uses vodka. Not just any vodka, but a grape-based vodka that is distilled five times to result in a masterful spirit. This use of grapes is novel in a world where most vodkas are made from potatoes, corn, or other grains. Cîroc chooses to use excellent high-altitude grapes as the base for its entire collection of premium vodkas.
If you add the French word for a summit, "cime", with the word for rock, "roche", you get Cîroc. The name of the brand itself pays homage to the high-altitude grapes that make this range of vodkas possible. Ugni Blanc and Mauzac Blanc grapes from the South of France are processed and quintuple-distilled in the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux to craft a pure and smooth vodka unlike any other.
When that masterful base vodka is mixed with flavour, the result is nothing less than delightful. Natural coconut and tropical fruit flavours are added to the premium vodka base to create a crystal-clear vodka bursting with the flavour of real coconut with touches of delicious vanilla. Use Cîroc Coconut to craft any number of cocktails as it pairs beautifully with fruit juices.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: Cîroc Coconut is produced by distillation which uses fermented grapes as a production material. The grapes used are Mauzac Blanc from the Gaillac region of France and Ugni Blanc from the Cognac region. Both are harvested frozen. The grapes are separately cold fermented and then distilled 5 times. First for times for Ugni Blanc take place in stainless steel column stills and for Mauzac Blanc in copper continuous still. After the four separate distillations, distillates are blended, 95% Ugni Blanc and 5% Mauzac Blanc, and distilled together in a traditional Armagnac style copper pot still. The vodka is then infused with coconut aroma.
