PRODUCTION DETAILS: Cîroc Coconut is produced by distillation which uses fermented grapes as a production material. The grapes used are Mauzac Blanc from the Gaillac region of France and Ugni Blanc from the Cognac region. Both are harvested frozen. The grapes are separately cold fermented and then distilled 5 times. First for times for Ugni Blanc take place in stainless steel column stills and for Mauzac Blanc in copper continuous still. After the four separate distillations, distillates are blended, 95% Ugni Blanc and 5% Mauzac Blanc, and distilled together in a traditional Armagnac style copper pot still. The vodka is then infused with coconut aroma.
