You will like to know that…
Absolut was born and is still produced today in Ahus, a small town in the south of Sweden. Over the years, the brand has confirmed itself as one of the best-selling and appreciated in the world, especially thanks to the meticulous choice of raw materials with which it processes its vodka. The ingredients are essentially two: Swedish winter wheat and very pure water from a well over 140 metres deep. Absolut wanted to expand its range of products by offering different flavoured vodkas, such as Absolut Vanilia, launched in 2003. The aromas used are also 100% natural and without added sugar.
The product is crystal clear, limpid, perfectly colourless. The scent, instead, is very evident! The vodka has an intense and involving aroma of vanilla, with notes of chocolate and hints of butterscotch, a characteristic English candy with brown sugar and butter. In the mouth, the distillate is complex and warm, with a light spiciness that makes the perception of aromas even more intense and with a very persistent finish.
The best time to consume Absolut Vanilia is undoubtedly during a cocktail party! We recommend you try the Apple Pie Shot: add fresh apple juice, some lime juice and sugar syrup to the product.
