“This Apremont domain Giachino has a wonderful mineral and fruity nose: a true clean air eaten. The first explosive mouth, sharp and lemony this bio Savoie wine has a beautiful material and develops notes of bergamot, pineapple and elderberry. A magnificent wine on traditional Savoie dishes, but feel free to enjoy on seafood like fried lobster for example.
“It's okay to pair it with provolone cheese. The Domaine Giachino Apremont is a familiar wine of Domaine Giachino.
The Jacquère had a very deep color. Notes of white fruits such as apples. The grape had presence.”
