“The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Santa Pia Braccesca of Marchesi Antinori was born in the homonymous estate, situated on the hills senesi.È produced exclusively from grapes Blackthorn Gentile, only hand-picked during the month of September. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for 20 days. Then the wine is aged in barriques for 15 months and for 20 months in bottle before being released in commercio.È characterized by a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose opens with a spicy bouquet, enriched with pleasant hints of red fruits and vanilla. The palate is elegant, with very soft tannins and balanced. The wine has a long finish and pleasantly persistente.Perfetto to accompany pasta dishes and grilled red meat, is ideal in combination with dishes based on fish and shellfish.”
