TASTING NOTES:

  • View: ruby ​​open.
  • Nose: charming, intense, complex and challenging nose, aromas of high quality fusion of citrus fruits, stone fruits and berries, some vegetable and mineral.
  • Mouth: velvety palate, with good volume and freshness. Elegant and balanced, long finish and delicious.

APPELLATION: Vinho Verde.

GRAPES: Vinhão, Alvarelhão, Cainho, Pedral, Alvarinho.

AGEING: Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels used 225 liters and at least 12 months in bottle.

PREPARATION: fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

WINE PAIRING: as a snack, or a plate of stuffed mushrooms bacon or lamprey rice.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
