TASTING NOTES OF João Portugal Ramos Loureiro Branco 2016:
- View: Citric defined, straw-colored reflections.
- Nose: fresh and elegant aroma with citrus and floral notes and a remarkable minerality.
- Mouth: excellent acidity, creamy and well balanced, floral notes again, nice touch salty, intense and long finish.
APPELLATION: Vinho Verde.
VINES: J. Portugal Ramos Vinhos
PREPARATION: after the pre-fermentiva maceration at low temperature, crushed grapes and clarified must, fermentation at a controlled 16 °C for two to three weeks temperature.
WINE PAIRING: appetizers, white meats and fish.
TEMPERATURE: 10-14 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%

I thought that the João Portugal Ramos Loureiro Branco had a very light colour. João Portugal Ramos Loureiro Branco recalls white fruit. It had a correct astringency.
