With spicy and floral notes.Mouth: Freso, juicy flavor, with balanced acidity and fruity palate reminiscent.APPELLATION: Pays d'Oc.VINEYARD: Les Producteurs Reunis Granbeau.GRAPES: Cinsault.AGEING: This wine is allowed to stand 2 months on its lees.PREPARATION: The grapes are pressed gently and macerated at cold temperatures, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, using natural yeast.
