Masi Campofiorin 2017 (Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella)

AGEING: At the least 18 months in oak barrels of 90 hl Slavonic (67%) and new Allier (33%). Over 3 months in the bottle for the final refinement.
PREPARATION: Dual Technology fermentación.15 days at 18-20 ° C. Then malolactic fermentation. Thus the wine gets a higher alcohol content, richer color and better flavors.
