Description of Noilly Prat Dry White 75cl
Noilly Prat Dry White 75cl
TASTING NOTES:
- Color: Noilly Prat Dry White 75cl is straw-coloured
- Smell: Nose of ripe lemon rind and lemon with herbs and spices and sweet floral character. Very rich and nuanced.
- Mouth: quite dry and round palate with balanced acidity and a bitter grassy flavours
DETAILS OF DEVELOPMENT: is beautifully crafted in the south of France with the best white wines. Some of these wines are aged selectively outdoors in oak casks in view of the natural elements. An aromatic blend of herbs and spices (including Roman chamomile and gentian French, Indonesian nutmeg and Tunisian bitter orange) gently infuses the wines to create a unique flavour and bouquet.
COUNTRY: France
I find this vermouth fuller and more tasty than the watery rubbish we have to suffer in this country (Martini) the continental version is much better. Noilly Prat gives the same dry flavour here, and makes a great gin martini especially if you use Hendricks gin and a slice of cucumber, fantastic! Also most of the big stores aren’t stocking it anymore anyway. Why??
