Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino is a remarkably complex aperitif wine, and the perfect partner to classic cocktails such as a Manhattan, Martinez or Negroni. Made to a family recipe created more than 100 years ago, Cocchi's rich, intense, well-rounded flavour sets it apart from the competition. The nose is rich and inviting with red-berry fruits, candied peels and spice. The palate is heady, herbaceous and spicy, yet citrusy with a hint of chocolate. Full-flavoured, smooth, brilliantly balanced and moreish, the orange, cherry and vanilla notes here are perfectly nuanced. It marries brilliantly with rye in a Manhattan, with Bourbon in a Boulvadier and is also delicious served on its own with ice and makes for a wonderful digestif or night cap.
