Originally from Montecarotto, one of the Castles of Jesi in the Marche region, the Bucci family has been involved in agriculture since 1700. Today Villa Bucci cultivates, exclusively in organic farming, about 30 hectares of vineyards in Ostra Venere, a small town in the province of Ancona. It is here that some of the most representative wines of the region and the Adriatic coast are produced.
Villa Bucci has made a name for itself in Italy and the world for the complexity, refinement and elegance of its wines. Among these, the Verdicchio Dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore stands out, a wine that is recognised as the highest expression of Verdicchio, the most typical grape variety of the area. It is a white wine that is recognised for its depth and character - two characteristics that belong only to the best white wines, - vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks in order to maintain the natural characteristics of the grapes.
The bouquet of this wine offers delicious notes of Golden apple, honey and dried fruit, while in the mouth the taste is savoury and fresh, full-bodied and persistent. A real gem not to be missed!
